Recruit Volunteers

An Elf Shelf® Holiday Shop needs volunteers to be successful and fun for all. Start early recruiting your team. Depending on school size and needs, we recommend a minimum of 3 to 8 responsible volunteers.  If you do not get enough parent volunteers, consider recruiting grandparents and/or at senior citizen centers and service clubs such as Lions Club or Kiwanis Club.  Sixth grade students also make great shopping helpers for the younger children.

Receive Promotion & Decorating Kits

Schools can expect to receive their Promo Kit in October.  For schools that sign up later, kits are shipped the week the reservation is received and processed. UPS tracking information is emailed to the chairperson upon shipping so it is easy to know when to expect delivery.
